Häpplerei
In this work different food trends were combined: sea- sonal and local food, mono stores and snackification. The Häpplerei offers new snacks (Häppli – Swiss German) every month made from healthy, vegan and seasonal in- gredients. The ingredients of the snacks are chosen to be naturally high in vitamins and nutrients for a specific purpose. For example, one snack contains a lot of iron for menstruation. Another is particularly rich in vitamin C and good for colds.
This work is a visual concept including work in the kitch- en. Matching the snacks, we have designed posters that complement the concept.
